Creamy Chicken Tater Tot Casserole

Ingredients

  • 3 cups chicken, cooked and chopped
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 (10.75 oz) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (1 oz) packet Ranch dressing mix
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 (2 lb) bag tater tots

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, stir together the chicken, sour cream, soup, ranch mix, black pepper, bacon, and cheese. Gently fold in frozen tater tots.
  3. Spoon mixture into prepared pan and bake until golden brown and bubbly, 40-45 minutes. Enjoy!
