Ingredients
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 9-inch pie crust
Preparation
  1. Place your oven rack in the lowest position and preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk eggs and milk together. Add sugar, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt and whisk to combine.
  3. Pour filling into unbaked pie crust. Bake until custard has set and crust is golden, about 50 minutes.
  4. Let cool to room temperature before serving. Can also serve chilled. Enjoy!
