Ingredients

  • ½ cup toasted pecans, roughly chopped
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 5 oz blue cheese crumbles
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Additional pecans for topping
  • Crackers, pretzels, or vegetables for serving

Preparation

  1. Add cream cheese, blue cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, and pepper to a medium bowl. Beat with mixer until smooth.
  2. Fold in the pecans and mix until evenly incorporated.
  3. Transfer mixture to your desired serving dish and sprinkle pecans over top.
  4. Cover tightly and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
