Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon minced onion
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup Wheaties or 1/4 cup dry breadcrumbs

Preparation

  1. Mix together the beef, minced onion, milk, salt, pepper, and wheaties.
  2. Place on a lightly greased pan and pat into the shape of a t-bone steak about 1-inch thick. If desired, used a carrot to resemble the bone.
  3. Broil until cooked through, about 6 minutes per side for medium doneness.
