Ingredients
  • 6 sandwich rolls, sliced lengthwise, but leave long side attached
  • 18 slices deli ham
  • 18 slices Genoa salami
  • 18 slices mortadella
  • 1 cup banana peppers, sliced
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 6 slices provolone cheese
For serving:
  • Italian dressing
  • Shredded iceberg lettuce
  • Pepperoncinis
  • Sliced tomatoes
Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Arrange rolls in a 9x13-inch baking dish, sliced side up. Bake for 5 minutes, then remove from oven.
  3. Fold ham and place in rolls, 2-3 slices per roll. Continue with salami and mortadella, again 2-3 slices per roll.
  4. Place banana peppers on top of meat, then break each slice of provolone in half and place on top.
  5. Return to oven for 20 minutes.
  6. Serve hot with Italian dressing and desired toppings. Enjoy!
