Ingredients
  • 1 (16 oz) package medium shell pasta
  • 3 tablespoons sweet pickle relish, drained
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
  • 5 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 3 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1/2 small sweet onion, chopped
  • 1 (2 oz) jar pimentos, drained
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Preparation
  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Rinse and drain well.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the relish, garlic powder, celery seed, mayonnaise, sour cream, sugar, mustard, and apple cider vinegar.
  3. Add the pasta, eggs, celery, onion, pimentos and bell pepper and stir to combine. Season to taste with salt and pepper and chill until ready to serve. Enjoy!
