Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup tinned crab meat, drained
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 pack wonton wrappers
  • Kosher salt and black pepper, to taste
Preparation
  1. Combine crab meat, cream cheese, green onion, Worcestershire sauce and garlic powder in a mixing bowl and stir thoroughly.
  2. Take a square wonton wrapper and place a teaspoon of mixture into the middle of the square.
  3. Fold filled wrapper into a triangle or 'money bag' shape, bind wrapper's edges with water to seal mixture in, then pinch edges to bind further.
  4. Place wontons into the air fryer, ensuring none are touching each other. Repeat steps 4-6 until air fryer tray is full, with 10-12 dumplings per batch recommended.
  5. Cook on 350°F for 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove and place in the oven at 250°F-300°F to stay warm.
  6. Continue wrapping process until no mixture is left or the wrappers are all gone.
  7. After all parcels are cooked, place crab Rangoon on a serving plate with sweet chili sauce and serve immediately.
