Ingredients
  • 2 (19 oz each) bags frozen cheese tortellini
  • 1 (24 oz) jar marinara sauce
  • 1 (15 oz) jar Alfredo sauce
  • 2 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 1 lb uncooked Italian sausage, casings removed
Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray. Set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, crumble and brown the Italian sausage until cooked through.
  3. Reduce heat to low, then stir in the marinara sauce, alfredo sauce, and tortellini.
  4. Transfer half of the tortellini mixture to the baking pan, then cover with 1/3 of the mozzarella. Top with remaining tortellini mixture, then top with remaining cheese.
  5. Spray a sheet of aluminum foil with nonstick spray, then cover baking dish lightly.
  6. Bake 40 minutes, remove foil, then bake 10 minutes more.
  7. Enjoy!
