Chicken taco pan
Ingredients
- 1 can of old El Paso enchilada sauce
- 1 can cream mushroom soup
- 1 can chilis
- 2 or 3 cooked and shredded chicken breast
- 1 bag Shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 4 green onions cut up
- 1 bag tortilla chips
- Sour cream (optional)
- Tabasco sauce (optional)
Directions
- Slightly crumble tortilla chips in a large baking pan
- Mix cream of mushroom soup with enchilada sauce and chilies and add chicken and half of cheese to mixture then pour over tortilla chips
- Top with remaining cheese and bake about 20 minutes on 350.
- Top with green onions
- Serve with sour cream and Tabasco sauce if desired
