Meatballs

Ingredients
  • 2.25 lbs 80/20 ground beef
  • 3 eggs - beaten
  • 4 oz. bread crumbs- garlic&herb
  • Some adobo (blue)more than less
  • 8 ounces queso cheese
  • 1 whole fresh flat leaf parsley
Directions
  1. Preheat to 350
  2. Line cookie sheets with aluminum
  3. Spray avocado oil all over Roll into golf ball sized balls
  4. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
  5. Put on a wire rack to cool
