Sausage bread

Sausage stuffed bread dough
  • 1 box Pillsbury Hot Roll mix
  • 2lb pork sausage
  • 1 egg
  • 1tsp onion powder
  • 1tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp oregano or mixed Italian spuce
  • 1 lb cup + more if desired Mozerella. Cheese
  • 2Tbs Parmesan
  1. Mix dough according to directions on box, set aside
  2. Brown sausage, drain and let cool
  3. Shred Mozerella cheese
  4. Combine dry ingredients with shredded cheese and ground sausage mix well
  5. Separate dough into 2 portions
  6. Place 1 dough portion onto oiled baking sheet
  7. Fill with 1/2 of meat mixture
  8. Roll into a long roll
  9. Repeat with remaining dough
  10. Bake at 350 approximately 30 minutes, checking for some browsers of the dough
  11. Let rest about 10 minutes after removing from the oven
  12. Enjoy!
