TikTok spends a lot of time freaking out over New York City apartments.
Those of us who do not reside in the Big Apple are always blown away by the amount of money that people are willing to pay for apartments that are not exactly sizable. These clips never cease to amaze us, that is for sure. This latest video is an absolute must-watch.
A real estate agent is here to showcase a particularly ridiculous NYC apartment and we cannot stop laughing at this insane layout. When Claudia Degteva showcased a New York apartment that has a shower in the living room, people did not know how to react.
“Would you?” asked Claudia in her caption. We’re not going to lie to you, having a home with a shower in the living room does not sound like something that we would be interested in. Imagine what it would be like to have to explain this to everyone who stops by. It would get really old, really fast.
The bathroom amenities seem to be spread throughout the residence, which only serves to make matters worse. We need to know what the architects were drinking and/or smoking when they came up with this one.
The toilet is located in its own room when you head towards the front door and the a sink and mirror are in the kitchen for reasons that we cannot readily identify. These are the videos that make us never want to live in New York City.
We have never seen an apartment like this one before and we highly doubt that we are ever going to see one like this again. It makes us appreciate our housing, even if it’s not the most elegant living accommodations.
