I was first introduced to Nutella when I stayed with a friend for a week when I was in middle school. I’ve been hooked ever since. Creamy chocolate, earthy hazelnut, and of course, a healthy amount of sugar. What’s even better is that you can totally get away with putting Nutella on a piece of toast and calling it breakfast!

Of course, the delicious chocolatey, nutty spread is good for desserts as well. Like this No-Bake Nutella Cheesecake, for example. Nutella takes center stage in this rich, easy-to-make treat! See how easy it is to throw together in the video below.

I love how this turned out! With a hazelnut graham cracker crust, cream cheese and Nutella filling, and crunchy hazelnuts on top, this is one dessert you won’t want to pass up. With just 7 ingredients and a few steps, you can prep this dessert in no time!

Start by placing graham crackers, butter, and 1 tablespoon of Nutella in a food processor. Puls until it starts to clump, then add 3 tablespoons of hazelnuts and continue to pulse until it forms a damp, sandy mixture.

Press the graham cracker mixture into a 9-inch round springform and place it in the fridge to chill while getting the filling together.

Now it’s time for the main event: Nutella cheesecake goodness. To make the filling, eat cream cheese and confectioners’ sugar until smooth. Add cinnamon and the remaining Nutella to the cream cheese mixture, and continue beating until combined.

Take the springform out of the fridge and carefully smooth the Nutella mixture over the base. Sprinkle the remaining chopped hazelnuts on top and chill in the fridge for 4 hours.

Go ahead and check out the recipe below for the full ingredient list and step-by-step instructions. Don’t say we didn’t warn you though – this stuff is addicting!
