Truffles N Bacon Cafe is located in Las Vegas and they are here to provide you with a burger unlike any other that you have ever tried.
This burger is absolutely insane. Have you ever had a burger that incorporated macaroni and cheese before? If this sounds like something that you might enjoy, be sure to read on and learn more.
Honestly, we did not know what to make of this at first, but our interest was still piqued. Chefs Jackie Lim and Magnolia Magat opened the cafe back in 2014, looking to cater to their clientele with dishes that are equal parts bold and unpredictable. It is safe to say that this particular burger just might be the boldest dish that they have put together yet.
The dishes that they come up with are even inspired by the customer, which is a level of care we never thought possible. Imagine how cool it would be to eat a sandwich that was created because of your presence. It’s the next level up from being a regular and having the waitress bring you your “usual.”
As for this burger, it’s a thing of beauty.
As with any burger, it all starts with two fluffy buns. From there, a half-pound Angus beef patty, bacon jam, and Sriracha mayo are added. Of course, the massive brick of mac and cheese is the true star of the show.
The best mac and cheese is crusty on the outside and nice and gooey on the inside. These chefs have not missed a beat in this regard.
