Her sister-in-law came up with the idea.
Kristen Bell is like many celebrities, in the sense that she is protective of her loved ones. While celebrities ask for a certain amount of notoriety, that does not mean that their loved ones have to experience the spotlight’s unrelenting glare. That’s why she does not post photos of her children very often. It is definitely a very respectable decision, that is for sure.
Delta and Lincoln are her daughters. She and husband Dax Shepherd do everything in their power to make sure that they are able to have a normal, healthy childhood. Kristen protects their privacy but that does not keep her from being willing to share some awesome mommy hacks on her social media pages. Her longtime Instagram followers are already well aware of this fact.
A recent trick that she shared with her followers definitely needs to be passed along. She posted a photo of her children’s hands with a warning included. When she has to take the children out of the car, she has one simple rule for them to follow. They are told to place their hands on the circle. What’s the circle, you may ask? The gas pump cover on the family car.
So far, so good. According to Kristen, this hack has worked wonders. Her kids always stay safe when the family is out and about. However, Bell cannot take all of the credit for coming up with the clever trick. In fact, she gives the credit to her sister in law for devising this idea. What a brilliant way to make sure that your children are able to remain safe in this crazy world that we live in.

"hands on the circle!" The phrase we say as we jump out of the car. "Hands on the circle" (the circle is the gas cap)was invented by my brilliant sister in law, and has thus far kept all kiddos safe from any oncoming traffic while I unload the trunk. #momlife #momhacks #mom
The commentators on her page were all for this suggestion, as they should be. It is a great plan. One parent even said that their three year old followed the rules to the letter, after questioning them a bit first. “This legit works!” said another follower. This is a wonderful hack and we are beyond glad that Kristen was willing to share it with the rest of us.
After all, there are a lot of parents that would have kept this gem to themselves. Not Kristen, though. She is looking to spread the word far and wide. If you would like to help her out, be sure to tell your friends and loved ones about this amazing hack. All of the parents in your life are sure to benefit from this awesome tip.SKM: below-content placeholder
