Christmas is nearly upon us, and like many of us, celebrities are also looking to do their last-minute gift-giving. And here to give us some tips in useful gift-giving are America’s favorite married couple: Chrissy Teigen and John Legend. The married celebrities seem to have a very solid and loving relationship, and it turns out their gift-giving also has a rather practical side to it.
As John Legend shared on his YouTube channel, there is a strategy to gift-giving in the Teigen-Legend household. According to Legend, Teigen is known to give him wonderful gifts but they don’t really vary much from the standard type of gift. As it turns out, she generally gives him a bag for Christmas. It’s a very practical gift and it’s something that Legend seems to really enjoy receiving.
As he explained, “I literally put everything that I care about in the bag you know, laptop, phone, chargers, passport, everything is in that bag. And I carry it with me everywhere I go so I am reminded of Chrissy’s great taste and generosity throughout the year.”
The other common gift that Teigen is known to give Legend is a robe. It’s perfect for lounging around – and definitely something that is quite practical as well. And given the year that 2020 has been, we’re sure that the robe is going to definitely be coming in hand.
But perhaps the cutest thing about these two is how much Legend appreciates the gifts his wife gets him. He shares that they’re wonderful year-round reminders of her and he loves using them because of that. So, if you’re wondering what to possibly give your special someone this Christmas, maybe get them a robe or a bag. If it’s good enough for John Legend and Chrissy Teigen then it’s good enough for us.
