The hotlines will be open on November 2 so you don’t have to wait till the day your turkey is baking to get good advice. They will guide you through the process of baking, brining, or frying the bird of your dreams. Starting on November 19, social media influencers and top-quality chefs will be online to offer some professional guidance as well. They aren’t sharing the list of people who are available, but it’s sure to be incredible.
