Making Mealtime Meaningful: Discover how we're giving back with the 12T Cares program →

Lately, IHOP has been doing some weird things to try and get people to dine out in its restaurants. It first rebranded as the International House Of Burgers and then rebranded back to the International House Of Pancakes. Next, the breakfast chain released its own brand of craft beer. Now it’s opened the world’s tiniest IHOP restaurant.

IHOP announced Wednesday that it opened the restaurant inside a tiny home. The project was a collaboration between IHOP and A&E’s “Tiny House Nation”.

The tiny restaurant is only 170 square feet and in true tiny house fashion, it features a secret compartment of maple syrup and extra supplies stored away under the table.

To make a reservation at the restaurant, you need to be a member of the chain’s email club program, MyHOP. Reservations can be made between December 12 through December 15 and are acknowledged on a first come first serves basis.

This tiny IHOP is located in Los Angeles and will serve you dinner for free if you can get a rez.
