Making Mealtime Meaningful: Discover how we're giving back with the 12T Cares program →

October 1st is this week and that means it’s officially Halloween season! While we love all things spooky, there is nothing that makes as great of an accompaniment to the autumn season as coffee. And while we’ve probably already indulged in PSLs, there is something extra spooky that would be even better for the month of October: Starbucks Frappuccino “brews” inspired by each of the Sanderson Sisters from Disney’s classic, “Hocus Pocus.”

While not officially on their menu, Starbucks does do a secret menu. And with some wonderful tricks provided by the Internet, you can easily instruct your barista into creating the perfect “Hocus Pocus”-inspired fall treat.

What is so cool about these is that the cold drinks are inspired by Sarah, Mary, and Winifred, and they incorporate each sister’s colors and appearance into them. They’re almost too pretty to drink!

The different Sanderson Sister drinks were created by those at Totallythebomb.com. And the recipes seem simple enough that you shouldn’t have a problem telling your barista how to make it.

For Mary Sanderson, her inspired drink is a pretty mix of reds and pinks that immediately brings her character to mind. It’s basically a grande-size strawberry and cream frappuccino with extra strawberry inclusions blended in. Then, you ask for white mocha to replace the normal sweetener. And don’t forget to ask for the mocha drizzle and strawberry puree on both the top and bottom of your drink in order to finish the look.

Sarah Sanderson’s drink looks just like her purple dress. And its an easy order too – just ask for a Violet Drink with extra berries, switching out coconut milk for soy milk. Then, ask your barista to double blend it before topping it with whipped cream and ginger powder.

And for the sassiest of the Sanderson Sisters, a grande Green Tea Frappuccino is the thing to order. But be sure you ask for one pump of white mocha and one pump of peppermint syrup. In order to give the drink the appearance of Winifred’s iconic red hairdo, ask for the barista to crumble some strawberry inclusions on top of the whipped cream.

And there you go, all three Sanderson Sisters in Frappuccino form! What do you think of these “Hocus Pocus” secret menu drinks? Will you be ordering one? Let us know!
