Making Mealtime Meaningful: Discover how we're giving back with the 12T Cares program →

Joy Dyer Reynolds is a Homemaking Tips group member who is here to provide an awesome hack for all those who are tired of crying like little babies every time they have to cut an onion.

“I’ll be 60 this year and I’m just learning,” said one group member. We are not quite there but we were definitely today years old when we learned about this all too useful hack.

All you have to do is wet a paper towel and place it next to the onions while you are in the process of slicing them up.

Who would’ve guessed something that’s been bothering us for so long was so easy to fix?
