They sometimes say that real estate is all about location, but there are other factors to consider as well. That becomes obvious when you hear about a historical upstate New York home that is now on the market.

The home, known as the Enslin Mansion, is for sale for $444,444. According to the owner, Michelle Bell, the house is haunted.

When interviewed by The Times Union, she said that her great-grandfather bought the property in 1919. The house itself was built in 1890.

According to Bell, the house is “very haunted.”

It seems as if it has captured the attention of many, because it has been on television a number of times, including on TLC and Discovery ID.

There is even a Queen bedroom on Airbnb for those who are willing to take a chance.

Bell has some theories as to who is wandering the halls, although she does keep the basement locked.

It is her hope that a young couple buys the home and she is hoping that they pay the exact price that is asked.
