ONE DAY LEFT: Win a Crock-Pot 6-Qt Express Pressure Cooker! →

Many of us spent the early stages of the pandemic getting our bake on. Some of us even advanced our skills and started testing out new types of recipes, like vegan and gluten-free. If you’re someone who’s interested in expanding your baking repertoire and love delicious banana bread (that’s also gluten-free), then you’re in for quite the treat!

Professional celebrity chef Giada De Laurentiis is here to provide you with the most incredible gluten-free banana bread recipe yet. Her takes on banana bread are absolutely mouthwatering. She’s got one option that is chock full of chocolate chips, too!

She shared her recipe on her food Instagram account, saying, “Some days just feel like banana bread days, and this #glutenfree version by @giadadelaurentiis is one of our team’s obsessions. (Hint: preorder #EatBetterFeelBetter for more fab recipes like this one!).”

Giada knows that we do not have the time to wrestle with tough recipes, so she does everything in her power to simplify them. Her account is full of decadent desserts to enjoy and various pasta dishes as well. All of her recipes are amateur-friendly, and this one is no exception.

To handle the chocolate chip banana bread, Giada recommends obtaining the following items: bananas, egg, almond butter, coconut oil, coconut sugar, almond milk, almond flour, rice flour, salt, vanilla, baking soda, cinnamon, walnuts, and chocolate chips.

Some may already remember this recipe from Giada Entertains, a Food Network program. If you would like to check out this show for yourself, it is now streaming on the Discovery+ platform. Bobby Flay fans are going to be in heaven, too, as he now has a new show with Giada on this platform. We can’t wait to cuddle up on the couch with their show and tuck into some of this banana bread as soon as possible.
