“Full Quarantine” won Tik Tok’s Full House Challenge and delivered a valuable message: STAY HOME.
TikTok’s “Full House Challenge” offered users the chance to come up with their own title sequence for the popular title. While a number of people stepped up to the plate to try their best, they were no match for the original cast members. They decided to join the online challenge and the results are nothing less than awesome. The “Full Quarantine” video you are about to see is an all-timer.
The cast did not get together for the making of this video, either. All of their parts were shot from their own homes. This clip serves as a valuable reminder to the rest of us about the ongoing importance of social distancing. It is not the easiest thing for some of us to do right now but it is downright heroic. Most of the original cast came back for this video and we cannot get enough.
“Everywhere You Look” by Jesse Frederick plays as well. As the song begins, the characters are all shown doing a variety of relatable things in their own residences. Candace Cameron Bure is plunging her toilet. Bob Saget fills his hands with sanitizer and rubs them all over his face. Dave Coulier even manages to snag a slice of pizza with his fishing pole.
When the video ends, viewers are given a crucial reminder about the importance of staying home and staying safe. We got a good chuckle out of the follow-up message that they provided, too. Unlike the classic television show (which has received a Netflix renaissance), the virus will eventually go away. We just need to band together and take the proper precautions.
It did not take long for the video to blow up on TikTok. This app was already wildly popular before the social distancing measures were put into place, but now it is exploding! Everyone’s got way too much time on their hands so why not record a video? We are just glad that our favorite cast members from one of the best shows of all time (yeah, we said it) decided to get in on the act.
By the time Candace Cameron Bure decided to post the clip on her Instagram page, it had already received nearly 36 million views. We are going to go out on a huge limb and say that this number is about to get a whole lot bigger. Thanks to the cast of Full House, we now have additional entertainment to keep us busy while we are following all of the necessary social distancing guidelines.
