Making Mealtime Meaningful: Discover how we're giving back with the 12T Cares program →

It seems as if everyone who enjoys a special cup of coffee in the morning has an obsession with Starbucks. That obsession may just be as strong as the one people have for Disney. What do you get when you combine those two obsessions together? You get a specialty drink that will have all fans of either Disney or Starbucks rushing to get their hands on a cup.

Like many restaurants, Starbucks has a ‘secret menu’ and that is where you will find the Cinderella Latte. It is a pumpkin spice latte drink that was created by a Starbucks employee who just happened to be a Disney mega fan. Now that the news is out there, it seems that everybody wants to get a taste of this Disney-Starbucks creation.

The now famous Cinderella Latte spread magic at coffee shops everywhere last Fall, and I can’t wait to see what happens this year! Maybe you’ll see it on the menu on Main Street ☕️🎃✨ – THE STORY: I was a barista @starbucks for 7 years here in the Seattle area and I came up with a couple of Disney inspired drinks to spread a little magic to my customers & coworkers. – CINDERELLA LATTE RECIPE: – Order a Pumpkin Spice Latte – Can be made hot, iced or a blended Frappuccino. – Sub half of the Pumpkin Spice pumps with White Mocha (Or if you have a real sweet tooth, try full pumps of each! 😉) – The white pumpkin reminded me of Cinderella’s coach and that’s why I call it the Cinderella Latte 🎃✨ – THE TEE!! @happiestteesonearth was the Instagram user who created some rather inspiring Disney-themed drinks for customers at the Seattle Starbucks where she works as a barista. It’s not difficult to get your hands on one. Just ask for a hot or iced Pumpkin Spice Latte and request that half of the pumpkin spice pumps be replaced with white mocha pumps.

After the drink was posted on Instagram, it went viral. People who have already enjoyed it say it has a more balanced taste than the standard Pumpkin Spice Latte. Some even say it tastes even more like pumpkin!

If you are interested in trying a Cinderella Latte, you might want to head to Starbucks soon. It will only be on the secret menu as long as the Pumpkin Spice Latte is on the regular menu. Although I’m sure it will be back again next year, that is just too long to wait to try one for yourself.
