Making Mealtime Meaningful: Discover how we're giving back with the 12T Cares program →

Christmas will be here before you know it. While we love to take out all of the decorations and start making our houses look beautiful, the process of putting them back in the closet is annoying as heck. It can be hard to fit the ornaments back into their original boxes. No one likes wrestling with garlands, either, and plastic tubs are not going to be a cure-all.

That leaves us with precious few options. No, you can’t leave up the decorations until next Christmas.
But Clutter Bug has the tips that are going to keep you from wasting all sorts of time. This genius hack will have all of your ornaments under control, at long last.

Don’t get too hung up on the aesthetics of this one. You’re going to need plastic buckets, a piece of wood that’s been cut to size, some hot glue, red solo cups, and a decent amount of cardboard.

Before you get started, you’ll want to take a closer look at the video. Clutter Bug has the full instructions and they are as helpful as can be. While this woman has two Christmas trees to worry about, you probably don’t have the same struggles to consider. Can you believe that she only needed one of these plastic buckets to gather all of her ornaments in a timely manner?

It’s the sort of clip that has to be seen to be believed. This is an unheard of hack, and it is our distinct pleasure to provide it to you. The bucket that you are going to use might seem a bit bulky but it is probably the only one that you will be needing. This frees up all sorts of space in your closets for you to use at your discretion.

What do you think of this amazing tip? If you are anything like us, you are going to be sharing it with your closest friends and loved ones as soon as possible. Please be sure to share your thoughts about how this works for you! We’d love to hear it.
