Carrie Underwood is a country star who has a new Christmas special out. The special is being released by HBO Max as a TV streaming event called “My Gift: A Christmas Special From Carrie Underwood.” It is a whole 54-minute program where the singer will be performing a variety of holiday songs that we all know and love.
But she will also be performing some original tracks from her first-ever released Christmas album which is titled, My Gift. Besides getting to see Carrie Underwood perform holiday classics, the special will also be providing viewers with a glimpse into the behind the scenes of the new album’s making.
Perhaps the most adorable part of the special will be the guest who is making a special appearance, her 5-year-old son, Isaiah. The little boy will be following in his mother’s footsteps as he will be joining her in a mother-son duo of the classic song, “The Little Drummer Boy.” She provided her fans with a little sneak peek of the two of them together.
Carrie also shared in her HBO special how proud she is of Isiah, and how she was thrilled to be able to have him by her side throughout the process. The song that they’re singing is something that is particularly meaningful for her as it’s her favorite Christmas song. And that is just wonderful to be able to share such a moment with your family.
