The Pastry Academy’s Chef Amaury Gauchon is a name that may look familiar to some readers. Those who have good memories may remember him as the chef who created the towering replica of the Statue of Liberty out of chocolate.

Now, Gauchon is taking his chef skills to a whole new level. He came up with the sort of creation that is sure to have you wondering if we are pulling your leg or not. This incredible chef has managed to create a skateboard caramel bar and it is more realistic than you could have ever possibly imagined.

This candy bar looks mouthwatering, to say the least. There is more to it than that, though. This chef clearly knows his skateboards because the level of attention to detail here is astounding. He’s even included a replica of the black grip tape that you are typically going to find on the board’s deck and its wheels. Best of all, the wheels that he included on the candy skateboard even roll!

You are certainly not going to see a candy bar like this one every day, that is for sure. Guichon said that he had a lot of fun making this and we can understand why.

“This one is super fun and playful, very simple on the inside but very tasty! It is composed with 2 layers of almond crunchy sable dough, one layer of soft salted vanilla caramel, and coated with a caramelised white chocolate,” he explained on Instagram.

His Instagram page is an absolute delight. The treats that this man comes up with are a sight for sore eyes. We never thought that we would see a fully edible skateboard but here he is to disprove that notion.
