After all, they do more than give you the opportunity to customize your Bloody Mary, there are some 48,000 possible combinations of ingredients at Catch of the Pelican. You can expect to spend $14 for each drink but you can also spend $35 and go bottomless.
At the very heart of the Bloody Mary is vodka and tomato juice with some spices but the hotel bar would like you to experiment with their ingredients.
The first experiment may be using tequila instead of vodka and combining it with either a green or red mixer. Extra flavor can be added by adding salt or spice mixes to coat the rim of the class. This includes orange salt, Peruvian chile citrus salt, gochujang salt, white truffle or Old Bay.

For those who like a little spice in their Bloody Mary, the hotel is offering 20 different hot sauces, including Crystal Hot Sauce, Louisiana Hot Sauce, El Yucateco Chipotle Hot Sauce, and Tabasco Green Jalapeño Sauce.
Of course, there are also many toppings to choose from. In fact, you may just end up calling your Bloody Mary an entrée! Try adding some of the following to your skewer: shrimp, empanadas, bacon, fried ravioli, watermelon spears, egg rolls or jalapeño poppers. With 75 different weekly toppings, the sky is the limit.
