The popular saying is that you should never judge a book by its cover, and it seems as if that may also be true as far as real estate is concerned. From the outside, many homes looked similar to each other but the real personality is often found on the inside. Perhaps that is why real estate agents would like you to view the home from the inside before making a buying decision.
Of course, during this time, fewer people are taking a look at the home in person and more people are doing so virtually. This is opened up the real estate market in ways that were previously not possible. In addition, it allows many people to see inside of the home, even if they aren’t interested in buying.
You never know what you will see once you open the cover, and a house in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, proves that fact. From the outside, it doesn’t look like it has a lot of personality, but on the inside, the personality would only match very few who were looking.
When you look at the back of the home, it has some interesting and appealing features.
From the inside, however, the spiral staircase leads you to the second floor that has plenty of personality. Even the living room has a “13th-century Castle” decor.
The upstairs rooms are interesting and each has a unique theme.
There is also a bedroom that doesn’t have much of a theme, just in case you want to keep things simple.
What do you think of this unique house? Would you buy it?
