If you are familiar with the Freddy Krueger movies, then you are likely familiar with the house. He did his best (or worst) work in that home by killing his victims.

If you happen to have a spare $3.5 million laying around, you can make an offer on the house but you have to do it before Halloween.

The sale started on Wednesday when the three-bedroom, 3 1/2 bath home at 1428 N. Genesee Ave. went on sale. Inside of the home, you will find more than memories of Freddy Krueger, you will find a beautiful primary suite, plenty of places to work, and a modern kitchen.

There are also some additional features that are available for $3.5 million. There is a guest house with its own kitchen and bathroom, along with a patio.

People regularly drive through the neighborhood to visit the home from the outside and they are thrilled when they see it. In speaking with The Los Angeles Times, the current owner said that they are getting the “tour bus treatment.”

So if you have the spine for it, this iconic house can be yours. It may have been decades since Freddy Krueger wandered the halls, but who knows, he may just show up to visit once you move in.
