There’s nothing wrong with the classic spaghetti and meatball dinner. In fact, it’s a staple around my house. However, there is certainly more than one way to enjoy a meatball! We’ve certainly experimented with different versions of this favorite dinner time meal, and I’m here to bring you a few of our favorite meatball recipes. Get ready for wonton meatballs, Philly cheesesteak meatballs, and more!

Chicken Enchilada Meatballs

I don’t know about you, but my family and I love anything to do with tacos, burritos, enchiladas, and pretty much any Mexican cuisine available. While tacos are a quick and easy weeknight dinner that seems to satisfy that craving, I’m always on the hunt for creative recipes with all of the Mexican spices and flavors that we love.

Enter: Chicken Enchilada Meatballs. Truly, this meal is everything I could have ever hoped for. The prep is made easy by using a taco seasoning packet, canned enchilada sauce, and breadcrumbs. Plus, this is a slow cooker meal! That’s truly a win-win in my book. Keep reading to see how to throw this meal together in no time! Get the recipe here!

Baked Chicken Parmesan Meatballs

Chicken parmesan is a classic Italian dish that just screams “comfort food.” We thought it’d be fun to change up our favorite chicken parmesan dinner and recreate it as a meatball recipe. These meatballs can be served with pasta or – and the drooling has already started – served as a chicken parmesan meatball sub sandwich. Need we say more?!? The recipe is super easy; we’re all pretty familiar with the basics of meatball preparation; ground meat, eggs, breadcrumbs, and seasonings are pretty standard. When we want that chicken parm feeling without all of the chicken parm work, a meatball is a perfect solution. Get the recipe here!

Wonton Meatballs

Wontons are easy to love. They’re like a tiny little present, and the surprise inside is an extremely flavorful filling that’s bursting with garlic and soy and green onion. This meatball version is equally easy to love because that delicious, savory filling is right out there in the open. And since there’s no wrappers or dough involved, they happen to be a cinch to make, which means you can get that wonton flavor right at home anytime you’re craving it. Get the recipe here!

French Onion Stuffed Meatballs

We’ve turned it into a noodle casserole, we’ve turned it into a chicken skillet… Clearly we love French Onion Soup. Now, it’s taking its turn as meatballs. Stuffed meatballs, that is. Yup. The center of these little guys holds a pocket of sweet caramelized onions and ooey-gooey Gruyere cheese, and they’re every bit as good as they sound. Get the recipe here!

Teriyaki Chicken Meatballs

Teriyaki chicken meatballs in a dish

We’ve got a weeknight dinner that is a crowd-pleaser at dinner or at a party. Our recipe for teriyaki chicken meatballs has quickly become a highly-requested family favorite, and you’ll soon understand why. Of course, we love a good teriyaki chicken and rice dinner, and we’ve got a favorite take-out spot that has saved us from cooking on those super busy weeknights. This recipe for teriyaki chicken meatballs is just a fun twist on that exact same meal from our favorite take-out spot. And we even love them as a party appetizer! So, so good! Get the recipe here!

Philly Cheesesteak Meatballs

Once you’ve had your first Philly cheesesteak there’s really no turning back. You’re hooked on the flavors and will then forever be looking to incorporate them into other dishes…or at least that’s what happened to us. The peppers and beef – and mushrooms if you’re feeling a little rebellious – all coated in creamy cheese. It’s just so good, we decided to skip the sandwich element and make cheesesteak meatballs. Served on their own, or with pasta or mashed potatoes, this is a dinner you won’t want to miss. Get the recipe here!
