As much as we love chocolate, there’s another ingredient that we also love to bake with, and that’s coconut. Even better if the two ingredients can come together in some way, but a stand-alone coconut dessert is something we truly enjoy. When we thought of some of our favorite coconut desserts, these four recipes came to mind, and now we’re ready to roll up our sleeves and get to some delicious baking! These desserts are intended to be shared, so have some friends over or put together a simple care package for someone you love. Our coconut desserts are an irresistible home-baked goodie, and a great way to shake up the usual chocolate routine. Check out these recipes below and give one – if not all – of them a try!

Coconut Cream Poke Cake

When we need a creamy, decadent cake that will forever win people over, this coconut cream poke cake is the one to turn to. Using a standard white cake mix as the base, along with the coconut cream for extra added flavor, we do what’s standard for a poke cake and use a wooden spoon to poke tons of holes in the cake while it’s still hot. Now it’s time for coconut – big coconut flavor, and it’s about as coco-nutty as a coconut cream cake can get. Check out the recipe here.

Sour Cream Coconut Bundt Cake

When it comes to desserts, we’re pretty big on flavor and texture. So, when we were thinking about what dessert we wanted to make the other day, we kept coming back to our favorites and decided to go with a coconut bundt cake. It’s perfect to take to a potluck, book club, or bake sale. Give it a try and click here for the recipe.

Slow Cooker Coconut Cake

Want a cake that is moist and delicious? Then bake it in the slow cooker! Yes, once again, our trusty-dusty slow cooker works its magic, and we reap the benefits. Coconut cake is one of our favorites and while we can easily make this in the oven, there’s something fun about using the slow cooker. We love the idea of using our kitchen tools in different ways, and baking in the slow cooker is pretty much genius! For the recipe, click here.

No-Bake Coconut Pecan Praline Cookies

Perfect at any time of year, but especially during the holidays, these coconut pecan praline cookies are insanely delicious and addictive. All we have to do is combine our ingredients in a saucepan, then mix everything together. Let it cool a bit, since we don’t want our cookies to spread too much, then scoop them out and drop them onto a lined baking sheet. That’s it! The resulting cookie is perfectly sweet, crunchy, and yet still light-as-air, so get going and whip these bad boys up – trust us: everyone will love them! Did we mention there’s coconut?!
