Baking Soda And Vinegar


Baking Soda and vinegar are two of the most commonly used ingredients for all-natural cleaning solutions, and it’s easy to see why! Using just these two items found in your pantry, you can get rid of calcium buildup, amongst other things. For this cleaning tip, simply combine the two ingredients in a big ziplock bag and tie it to your shower head. Leave it for about thirty minutes, and wipe away the residue!

All-Natural Toilet Bowl Cleaner


Cleaning the toilet has to be one of our least favorite chores, but a necessary one! This is another trick that uses baking soda and vinegar, with the added ingredient of an essential oil of your choice. After all, it’s always nice when your toiled smells nice for a change! Simply sprinkle the toilet bowl with baking powder and add vineger, as well as ten to fifteen drops of essential oil. Then, scrub away the grime!

Salted Grapefruit Hack


For brass hardware around the house and bathroom, try this unusual trick! Cut a grapefruit in half and add some salt. Then, simply scrub the hardware, using the grapefruit like a sponge. Rinse off with water, and be amazed at this strange, yet effective method of cleaning!

If you’ve got young kids running around the house, chances are your walls and doors have been used as a canvas a time or two. While there are products out there like the magic eraser, you can also find an effective way to remove the crayon using something you probably already have around the house – WD-40!

Ketchup Tarnish Hack


Now, this hack is truly unbelievable – until you try it out for yourself! At first glance, this metal bucket looks totally unsalvageable, unless you’re going for a super rustic (get it?) farmhouse look. Simply apply some ketchup to the object in questions, and scrub it into the metal. Then wash it off to reveal a brand-new shine!
