Luckily, extra-virgin olive oil contains lubricin, which enhances the ability of synovial fluid to both lubricate and strengthen joints and surrounding cartilage.  It's more than just a salad dressing!

Today, many people consume large amounts of bread, pastries and rice which contribute to high blood sugar levels. A healthy alternative are non-gluten grains such as quinoa. Quinoa has an immense amount of fiber, which improves heart health when eaten regularly.  Most quinoa is grown in impoverished areas of Bolivia and Peru – make sure yours is fair-trade certified!
