Making Mealtime Meaningful: Discover how we're giving back with the 12T Cares program →

If there’s one thing we hate, it’s getting all ready to start a recipe and then realizing we’re missing one, key ingredient. This has happened to us countless times, particularly with dessert recipes, until we realized that, in some cases, we could just whip up what we needed without having to leave the house!

It’s true, if powdered sugar is what you’re missing, as long as you’ve got regular (granulated) sugar and a food processor, preferably with a glass bowl, you can make it yourself and keep going about your day! Todd, of Todd’s Kitchen, walks us through the steps, so check it out and have fun baking!

You Will Need:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • glass bowl food processor (sugar will scratch the inside of a plastic bowl)
