Ingredients
- 2 cups sour cream
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups croutons, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons milk
- salt and pepper, to taste
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 400 F.
- Add cream cheese, cheddar cheese, sour cream, milk, and 1/2 cup bacon to a large bowl and mix until combined.
- Pour mixture into a baking dish, then top with crumbled croutons mixed with remaining bacon.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until cheese is hot and melted.
