Making Mealtime Meaningful: Discover how we're giving back with the 12T Cares program →

If you’ve followed us for any amount of time, you’ll know that we love our desserts! There really isn’t a wrong way to have dessert – chocolate, caramel, shortbread, cheesecake, fruit tart, smores… the list goes on and on. One of everything, please! We love making dessert bars because they are usually pretty easy to throw together in a pan to either bake or refrigerate until we need them. Plus, the pan is easy to cover up and take to a party or potluck! Go ahead and check out a few of our favorite dessert bar recipes. We promise there’s something for every kind of sweet tooth on here!

Salted Caramel Butter Bars

Salted caramel butter bars are just that: buttery. Comprised of a butter-packed, golden shortbread crust and topping, and a gooey, decadent salted caramel filling, these bars will have you totally hooked.

Lemon Chess Bars

Lemon bars are delightful, but we love this recipe because it puts a little twist on a conventional lemon bar. Each bite is sandwiched between a layer of crust that offers a nice contrast of texture with the creamy lemon filling. Get the full recipe here!

No Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Squares

These sweet and salty treats require absolutely no baking! In fact, the hardest part of making this amazing dessert is waiting for it to set before serving, but trust us, it is well worth the wait. And as if we needed any motivation to make this…we go no further than the pantry for all of the ingredients. Get the full ingredient list here!
